This is an independent micro brewery situated in Clarkston. The owner Alex says its ‘where physics and beer collide’. The brewery was founded in 2020 with assistance from the brewing community in Glasgow. Alex aims to blend American hop-led IPA’s with Scottish brewing heritage, topped off with a modern twist. The beer named ‘Cosmic Rays from Outer Space’ IPA would seem to have got the off world message.
