Another small independent brewery, that specialises in vegan, unfiltered, and unpasteurised beer. If that wasn’t enough for you then the beer goes through a re-fermentation process in its packaging which naturally carbonates it.

Phil Sisson, the founder left London, headed north and found his calling. He has a Big Ideas range which includes an Elderflower Wit using elderflowers from the tree that grows outside the building. Elderflower would have been planted to ward off evil spirits when the building was a bakehouse.
